SHW Group adds seven new employees to Michigan studio

shwlogo-h-stnd-gg-cmykBERKLEY, Mich., April 21, 2009 – SHW Group, one of the state’s largest educational architecture and engineering firms, has added seven new staff members to its studio based in Berkley, Mich. The new employees include Donald Andreski as senior project manager; Pamela Hartsell as mechanical engineering CAD technician; Cheryl Bringley as electrical engineer; Georgia Zochowski as senior CAD drafter; Steven Szerlag as project architect; Marc Pagani as project designer; and George Williams as lead mechanical engineer.

As senior project manager, Donald Andreski, AIA, is currently working on Eastern Michigan University’s classroom building renovation project. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.

As mechanical engineering CAD technician, Pamela Hartsell is working on Jackson Community College’s Health Laboratory Center addition/renovation project.

As electrical engineer, Cheryl Bringley is working on Central Michigan University’s Student Center renovation. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Michigan-Dearborn.

As senior CAD drafter, Georgia Zochowski is working on the new Science and Technology Incubator at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan.

As project architect, Steven Szerlag, AIA, is working on The University of Texas at Brownsville’s Science and Technology Learning Center. Steve holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Michigan.

As project designer, Marc Pagani’s current projects include Wayne State University’s Law School Classroom Building Addition. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, and has more than 20 years experience in the architecture industry.

In addition, George Williams was hired as lead mechanical engineer. He graduated from Michigan State University and Citadel Poly Technology and has dual degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering. George has more than 20 years of experience with a variety of complex mechanical and electrical systems for many types of facilities, including educational and health care facilities.
