Turner selected by Beaumont Independent School District to provide Construction Management Services for new athletic complex
HOUSTON, September 21, 2009 – Turner Construction Company’s Houston office, in joint venture with Hallmark Group, has been awarded a contract to provide construction management services for a new Multi-Purpose Facility for Beaumont Independent School District. The project includes a 10,365-seat stadium, press box, a 10,600-square-foot field house, ticket booths, offices and a 27,700-square-foot natatorium building. Completion of the complex is scheduled for 2010. SHW Group’s Houston studio was selected as the project architect while Parsons Corp. Houston office is serving as the program manager.
