Presidium’s First Jacksonville-Area Development, JTB Luxury Apartments, is Now Leasing

Located in the highly desirable St. Johns Town Center area, JTB is surrounded with retail, dining and office spaces

May 13, 2019 – Diversified real estate investment and management firm Presidium, along with co-developers Killashee Investments and Schmidt Development, are now leasing units at JTB Luxury Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida. Designed by Dwell Design Studio, the 435,000-square foot complex, which offers 350 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, boasts upscale finishes and resort-style indoor / outdoor amenities. While JTB Luxury Apartments are currently leasing and occupying units, the project is expected to be fully complete in Summer 2019.

With approximately 1,500 feet of street frontage, JTB Luxury Apartments features units with 9’ ceilings, upscale finishes, 42-inch European-style cabinets, quartz countertops and energy efficient stainless steel appliances, including full-size washers and dryers.

The community also includes a state-of-the-art business center and a fully-equipped fitness center.

JTB’s outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a walk-in entry, a lap pool, fire pits, an outdoor bar area, grills, a bocce ball court, ping pong tables and lounging cabanas. Above the fitness center is an outdoor rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool featuring resident sitting areas, a bar, fireplace and festoon lighting. Additional amenities include a resident-only car wash, electric car charging stations, a pet salon and dog park.

Presidium selected LandSouth Construction as the general contractor, Connolly and Wicker as the civil engineering firm, Dix, Hite + Partners as the landscape architect and Greystar as the property management firm.
