Mark Bulmash Joins Presidium As President, Mixed-Use/Master Plan Development

Bringing more than 30 years of experience, Presidium welcomes real estate veteran to spearhead the company’s mixed-use developments  

Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has selected Mark Bulmash as President, Mixed-Use/Master Plan Development. In his role with Presidium, Bulmash will guide the development of quality assets that are well-positioned within a thoughtfully executed mixed-use environment, leading to greater stability, positive community impact, and increased investment value.

As a 33-year real estate veteran, Bulmash brings Presidium extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate and mixed-use developments, as well as admirable market expertise. Prior to joining Presidium, Bulmash was Senior Vice President, Development for The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he oversaw the Central and Southeast regions for eight years. He also held executive positions at the Taubman Company, Related Companies and Forest City Enterprises, as well as founding his own real estate advisory firm, Bulmash Real Estate Advisors, LLC.

Bulmash is currently a member of International Council for Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute, current chairman of ICSC’s North American Design & Development Jury, was a member of the inaugural class of ICSC’s Certified Retail Property Executives (CRX), a long-time member of Centerbuild’s Planning Committee and an Advisory Board Member of the Penn Institute for Urban Research. Bulmash earned his MBA from The Wharton School, his MCP from The University of Pennsylvania, and his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The University of Michigan.
